To Ramona and Family, Our sincere condolences to all of your family. Chester was best friends with my brother, George Pugh, and I thought he was one of the nicest people I have ever met. I'm sure they are reminising up in heaven. Remember your loss is heaven's gain. Thought and prayers are with you all.

Some years ago I attended Liberty Baptist Church and had the pleasure of meeting Chester and sitting in at a bluegrass session at the American Legion on Alexis Rd. The group was so good and I loved their informal naturalness. It was an enjoyable evening and I know that his wife,Ramona,truly cares about the people who regularly attend. I hope she is okay.
